Welcome to Church Content Studio. By purchasing or using our digital products (the "Products"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

Products & license

Our Products are digital template kits (the Starter Kit and Pro Kit) and related files. When you purchase a Product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for one church, ministry, or business. You may edit and post the designs on your own ministry/business accounts.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, give away, or upload the Products (or their included artwork) as a competing template bundle, or claim them as your own. Each church or organization should purchase its own copy. The full license is included in each download.

Digital delivery

Products are delivered digitally. After a successful payment you will receive access to a secure download link, which expires after 24 hours; if you need it re-issued, contact us and we'll help.

Refunds

Because the Products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final due to the digital nature of the products. See our Refund Policy. If you have any trouble accessing your files, contact us and we will make it right.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and/or our marketplace partners. We do not store your full payment card details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Products for unlawful purposes or in any way that infringes the rights of others.

Disclaimer & liability

The Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Church Content Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Products.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
